Compressing only took the file size down by 1MB !

So this below file sharing site was used. There maybe a time limit set for the file to be downloaded by as its a free file sharing site.

Click on the above download file image and then "down load this file"

Hi everyone, I also have a dry eye issue now and I started using bottled Refresh eye drops (both the Endura and the regular ones) and my eyes got really itchy, like a bad allergy day. I called Bochner and they said I can use my allergy eye drops (Pataday) again but they didn't help. For some reason, I thought it might be the Refresh eye drops since I only started using them recently so I stopped using them for two days, went back on the preservative Bion-free tears and the "allergies" are gone and my eyes are not itchy anymore! I'm not sure what it is about the Refresh since I used them before the surgery but I plan to re-introduce things one at a time to see what my eyes can handle.

I've also found that eye drops with preservatives bother my eyes.  I believe it was Refresh I tried, and they were ok for a few days, and then really started bothering my eyes, sometimes causing very strong burning sensation.

I'm suffering from itchy burning eyes sometimes now, but I have allergies.  I've been on the same allergy eye drops for a couple weeks now and I haven't noticed any change or improvement.  It's not as bad as when I was on the Refresh drops though.  I definitely found it important to stay as preservative-free as possible.

I now have an appointment with Bochner booked for September - we'll see what they say then about my dry eyes.  I'm hoping they will prescribe me Restasis, as I've read many good things about those drops.

(I'm guessing this will show up as a repeat because I posted accidentally as "anonymous"):

jgcpalmer, what eye drops are you using now? I want to stay preservative-free but like you mentioned in your previous post, it's expensive! I find that my doctor at Bochner is very busy, I don't have time to even ask all my questions before I'm out the door.

I'm using Bion Tears. I have tried several brands, and these ones work the best for me. They are indeed expensive though. My optometrist has asked me to only use them 4 times a day. This does mean my eyes are often feeling pretty dry, but at least it doesn't make things cost too much. I certainly couldn't wear contacts like this though - they would fall out very easily.

There is quite a price differentiation between stores on the Bion Tears though - I found Target has the best price for it.

I hope the doctor at Bochner does not rush me out the door - for my drive to and from Bochner I'll be missing at least half a day of work. Is it Dr. Stein? Perhaps I'll make sure to write all my questions down to make sure none get missed.

Thank you for the information, jgcpalmer! I haven't checked Target but I know Walmart is cheaper than Shoppers or Rexall (duh..?). Have you tried preservative Bion tears? I'm about a month post surgery and so far they haven't fitted me with any lens yet. My right eye is great but my left eye is blurry.

My doctor is Dr.Cheskes. My issues are constantly changing but my healing is going in the right direction.
