How I regress my keratoconus with three simple treatments. Postive thinking always remember keratoconus is a physical problem. Once it becomes mental it then cases suffering. Two eat right take care of your body by eating more vegetables and greens. For surgar eat fruits. Drink plenty of water and make your own natural juices and tea. Three get outside and keep your body in motion if you get hot make your own gatorade with himalayan pink salt and lemon.if you have any more questions ask me and I will tell you more. Remember your skin is made of the same cells  as your cornea. Make sure you have healthy skin and scalp. I've had keratoconus for 16 years. I've done so much research. I even been though so many contact lens.

Dear Tankhill,

I do have this problem in both of my eyes. Left Eye - Power 4 & Right eye - 1.25.

Cornea Thickness: Left Eye - 420 Micrometer,  Right Eye - 450 Micrometer and the normal as u know is 540 Micrometer.

I was advised by the doctor to go with C3R to stop KC's progression further.

I am taking Vitamin D3 5000 IU everyday (1 Soft Gel from NOW foods brand).

I can't see anything clearly with my left eye. I am managing with right eye.

Doctors have told me its not possible to treat it without surgery.

Please share whatever methods you know to control/cure Keratoconus. I am depressed a lot and I am just in my early twenties. Please help me recover from this blindness...

I wish you & your family a happy, healthy, prosperous & a fantastic year ahead...

Awaiting eagerly for your reply..

Gvan

Hi Tankhill,

I've been suffering from keratoconus for almost 20 years. I used rigid lenses, now after cxl surgery I'm wearing glasses, but my vision is still not good. Recently doctors told my brother that he also has the same disease. Lately I've being trying to find out what was the real cause for the problem. Doctors tell us that it was inherited from parents, but they or event their parents don't suffer from keratoconus. So the other possible causes is the food and lack of enough sport activities. I'm trying to figure out what foods will give more healing benefits. Could you please tell what specific foods and home made juices did you include in your diet?

Regards,
Vladimir
